This photo was taken at the Citrus Bowl stadium before the Capitol One Bowl game 1/1/10 between Penn State and LSU. The rain was intense and the stadium was in such disrepair that the water was pouring through underneath. This particular puddle was very deep, which is why there are no people in the immediate vicinity. The stadium was crumbling and the field was no better - it was literally a mud bowl.
