Valley union High School in Elfrida Arizona has the Blue devil as its mascott. My friends Angie and Doug's boys played for the Ellenville, NY high school team. Their mascott is also the Blue devil. This is for them.

The Valley Union High school used to repaint its letter every year above The granites as a senior project. It is no longer done due to insurance considerations. nature is reclaiming the V and it is barely recognizable.

DCI KC - Brass Impact
DCI is Drum Corps International, it's kind of like professional marching band. There are drum corps groups from all over the US. They compete throughout the summer at different events, until National Championships in August. Most participants are college students, but they can be as young as 13. This is the 2nd DCI event I've attended. The first was a National Championship 11 years ago. It's an awesome experience. If you like marching band, you'll love attending one of these events. This is a photo of the Blue Devils. They won Monday night. They had these really cool 12 ft. mirrored panels that they moved around the field during their performance.
